N-PCAAC in the communities of Southeastern Massachusetts.

Delta Sigma Theta was founded on Christian principles on January 13, 1913 by 22 visionary young African American female students on the campus of Howard University. Since 1987 the members of N-PCAAC are committed to carrying out the vision our Founders in the communities of Norfolk, Plymouth, Barnstable, Bristol, Dukes and Nantucket counties. By following the five programmatic Thrusts as outlined by the Grand Chapter of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority Inc., N-PCAAC supports and educates the communities south of Boston by providing home improvement and financial workshops, supporting various food pantries, and mentoring young girls through our Delta Academy and Delta GEMS programs.
